Canned chickpeas are a staple ingredient in my pantry. In the middle of February, I rely on a lot of staples when I start to get sick of all the cabbage and root vegetables available. I like to make these baked chickpeas as a nice change from hummus.
2 Cans Chickpeas, rinsed, drained and dried
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Garam Masala
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp. Ground Coriander
1/4 tsp. Cinnammon
1/4 tsp. Tumeric
1. Mix all spices together.
2. Coat chickpeas with olive oil and toss with spices.
3. Bake on a parchment lined sheet tray in the oven for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
